Lending a "HAND to SOME"

Kindness is in our genetics and has been there for millions of years. When we look at kindness in humans and animals, science has showed us that it is the kindest and most cooperative who survive in the long term.
The cruel and the ruthless ones might get a short-term benefit, but cruelty and ruthlessness are not good solutions for the humans and other species to survive.
Helping other people boosts our levels of happiness-producing brain chemicals, and provides us with powerful rushes of emotional well being and makes us high.
Being “HANDSOME” has nothing to do with our looks. The pretty ones are usually the unhappy ones. The word’s essential meaning is lending a “HAND” to “SOME”.
Do not consume yourself with how much you will receive in return, just know in your heart it will be returned.
